Portraits

When time and inspiration allow, I paint digital portraits. Each piece is created from scratch in Photoshop using a Cintiq drawing tablet and standard Photoshop brushes, no AI or photo manipulation involved. I do work from reference images, often several per painting. The portraits reflect emotions and thoughts about the contemporary world. For me, painting is meditative and a space where the inner and outer world are given room to meet.

Mimicry. Hon gör sitt bästa för att passa in, men ibland, eller faktiskt ganska ofta, så blir det inte helt rätt. Här porträtterad med sin nymfkakadua som också härmar mänskligt tal, dock väldigt dåligt.
